1. GT-Restauration

Versuch´s jetzt einfach mal, ein paar Bilder meiner GT-Restauration in´s Forum einzustellen, verbunden mit der Hoffnung, es klappt halbwegs.....so als PC-Fachidiot
Bis Ende März sollen die erforderlichen Schweiß- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten abgeschlossen sein und dann wird er wieder in Original-Rot der 70er-Jahre lackiert





So sieht er gerade aus

Hallo Sönke,
dann gib mal richtig Gas damit der GT bald wieder auf der Straße ist. Wir sind auch gelegentlich mit unseren GT`s im Raum Mannheim/Frankenthal unterwegs,

da könntest Du ja auch mal mitfahren....

Hallo Sönke,

das mit den Bildern hat ja prima funktioniert.
Jetzt verstehe ich auch die Frage nach der Halterung für die Zusatzscheinwerfer.
Also, die Originalen haben keine extra Halterungen.
Die werden einfach an die vorhandenen Löcher geschraubt.
Falls du keine Löcher finden kannst, melde dich dei mir, werde versuchen brauchbare Fotos zu machen.

wow - ich zähle 7 Lackschichten inclusive Grundierung und vermutlich Spachtel einlagen.

Ist schon ne Herausforderung...aber das pack ich an!
An dem GT waren scheinbar schon jede Menge Lackschichten, aber alles wird gut

hab Sönke schon den Vorschlag gemacht, einfach im jetzigen Zustand Klarlack drüber zu machen.
Diese Lackierung ist dann definitv einzigartig.

Jau, Klarlack. Wollte ich damals auch erst machen <img src=http://www.forumcoder.de/images/smilies/smiley.gif border=0 alt=´smile´>



Jetzt bin ich aber froh, dass er wieder blau ist.

Drückt mal die Daumen, nachher soll der Motoreigenbau das erste Mal brummen.

Die Resto neigt sich - zumindest was die Karosserie betrifft - dem Ende und ich hoffe, in drei Wochen kriegt der GT seine Farbe
So sieht er derzeit aus!

Hallole !

Endlich ist die karosseriemäßige Resto meines GT in den Endzügen.
Hat lange gedauert, aber gut Ding braucht eben Weile !
Die Kiste wurde letztendlich - auf Wunsch meiner besten Hälfte - rot lackiert !
Handelt sich um das Calypsorot von Opel, Farbnummer 597, soweit ich weiß !
Nächste Woche kann ich Auto abholen und dann hoff, ich, dass der Zusammenbau reibungslos klappt, Gruß, Sönke

na, das sieht doch schon mal richtig gut aus!!
Dann wirds ja langsam mit Deinem GT, hoffe, dass ich ihn dann auch mal bald zu sehen bekomme.

Und die Schlafaugen im "Schildkrötendesign" haben auch was.... kommt nur Klarlack drüber oder werden die auch rot?

Nee, auch das Schildkröten-Design wird in rot umgewandelt

...und bestimmt kriegste den fertiggestellten GT irgendwann demnächst bei irgendwelchen Treffen oder GT-Stammtischen "live" präsentiert, versprochen !!!

Nach 11 Monaten Resto isser wieder fahrbereit

Zufrieden, Westi ??

Frontbereich muss ja noch bissl was gemacht werden !
Hab hierfür extra kleines Kennzeichen anfertigen machen, in der Hoffnung, der TÜV macht keinen Stress !
Alles was sonst noch fehlt, versuche ich am 11.10. bei der Veterama zu ergattern !
